Level 1 and Non- KIDSNTS transfers

This page is specifically for transfers between hospitals – either transfers between two hospital sites from the same trust or between different trusts, that do not require the KIDS team. 

 

KIDSNTS DO NOT need to be made aware of level 1 transfers. Information regarding level 1 transfers is only kept on the KIDSNTS website for ease of access. Only contact KIDS if the transfer meets level 2 or 3 criteria.  

 

Please use the below link to document ALL non KIDS transfers that take place.
